Who are Companies Looking for?

High GPA from a top university? Yes, intelligence, self-confidence are important indicators that employers will look for. But more so are character traits that are much needed and desirable; servanthood, integrity, leadership, empathy, resilience, humility, cultural awareness and the ability to work across borders. People are hired for competency but fired for character.

People are hired for competency but fired for character.

These more fundamental character traits are often learned the hard way as one navigates through one’s career/life journey, or remain a lost art for others.

Determining Who the Leaders of Tomorrow are

When we look at the youth today, we want to see successful leaders of tomorrow. There is no blueprint for success as each path is forged very differently, but there are guiding principles that point to success. We seek to plant the seeds of these principles in the youth and inspire a lifestyle that paves the way for entering the workforce and thriving in it.

We seek to plant the seeds of these principles in the youth and inspire a lifestyle that paves the way for entering the workforce and thriving in it.

As our speakers and mentors (seasoned business executives and educators) interact with the youth, their personal experiences and sharing acting as guideposts to trodden paths, life-on-life transformation can be seen. Our youth are inspired to stretch themselves as they become globally-minded servant leaders equipped with emotional and social intelligence, and driven by integrity.

Lead by Service. Driven by Integrity.

“Pay It Forward” is the mindset we endeavour to instil in the young people today. All successful leaders who partner with us in mentoring the youths attest to the fact that they could see further because they stand on the shoulders of giants in their lives. These role models inspire leadership through servanthood and impart courage through integrity.

These role models inspire leadership through servanthood and impart courage through integrity.

Through self-sacrificially investing in the youths today, our mentors hope to see these seeds of servanthood, integrity, and leadership ripen into fruition and passed on as legacy through generations to come.
